Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional discounts.

  • Pots that have already been planted or potted by our team.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:
